The Hereford Lodge is perfectly placed for walkers as you can literally walk out the door on to the hill, and a number of public routes. And is also a delightful spot for watching wildlife whilst relaxing in your home comforts.

The spacious master bedroom, is a double room, with plenty of storage. A television and stunning views across the valley and property. The second bedroom, is arranged as a twin and again has plenty of wardrobe space, with views across the rare of the property.

There is a large family bathroom up stairs, as well as a shower room down stairs.

The lounge is spacious with ample seating for 6. With a TV DVD player and CD radio player for your convenience. A bedsettee allows up to 6 guests.

The kitchen diner is at the rear of the , with a door leading to the open field and picnic area. In the kitchen, there is an gas cooker, microwave, fridge & freezer and washing machine. There is gas central heating throughout the lodge with under floor heating on the ground floor, controlled by a thermostat.

Set in the heart of welsh mountains on our farm, called THe Bwlch. Which means 'gap'. The Bwlch is ideally placed between Llandrindod Wells and Builth Wells. However, you could not believe the proximity to the towns by its surroundings. Being just 5 miles from Llandrindod, the Bwlch provides the rural paradise with urban benefits close to hand.
